Fellowship Opportunities

In addition to the Bible study groups, numerous fellowship opportunities are available. Seasonal fellowship groups are also available.

Borrowed Muscle

Next Work Day: TBD

The Borrowed Muscle ministry was created to serve the church body. Men from the church family will help those requiring help when it comes to repairs or handywork around the house. Borrowed Muscle takes place several times a year.

College and Career group

Bible Study: Tuesdays, 7:00 PM (WCCC Rooms 21/22)

The College and Career group is a fellowship and Bible study group. God at the Movies is designed for the college aged and young adults. We will be taking a look at several different films and analyzing how God is present in them. For more information, contact Chris Feierbach.

GAP (Growing as Partners) Group

Meets Quarterly

The GAP group gives couples the opportunity to spend more time with each other and get to know each other in a deeper way. Each time the group meets, there is an interactive game, dinner and a teaching of the word. For additional information, contact Rick Iwanaga.

Exodus 15:3

Third Saturday (WCCC Room 21)

Exodus 15:3 is a new workout group for men. Once a month, after the Upper Room meeting, men will gather to workout and have good fellowship. The group meets in room 21. For more information, contact Chris Feierbach.

Harvesters

The Harvesters is the senior group of the church, still active and involved in all aspects of West Covina Christian Church. Their mission is to engage the community and members to support the activities of the church. For more information, contact Clara Furuakwa or Mel and Melinda Seshiki.

Men's Fellowship Group

First and Third Saturdays

The Upper Room men's fellowship group meets the first and third Saturday of every month. On the first Saturday, the group meets at Carrow's restaurant, with the third Saturday's meeting at church. For more information, contact Rick Iwanaga.

Singles Group

Meets Monthly

This small but intimate group meets monthly. Members have three things in common: they love to eat, love the Lord and they all need prayer and encouragement to meet life head on. For additional information, contact Rick Iwanaga.

Women's Fellowship Group

Young Families

Fourth Saturday of the Month

The Young Families Fellowship group meets on the fourth Sunday of the month. These meetings take on different formats like discussions, one-on-one family meetings and family outings. Topics such as Christian marriage enrichment and raising children in a Christian home are discussed. For more information, contact Val Hara-Uyeda.
